We will only deliver sympathy orders to funeral homes!

ABPS Florist and Gifts is a family
owned and operated flower shop located in St. Louis, Missouri.
We hand deliver our green plants or our lucky bamboo plants anywhere
in Saint Louis city or county. Our phone lines are open until
8:30 p.m. every night, including Sundays. We offer same day delivery,next
day delivery, and 3 hour rush delivery service on week days.
In September of 2000, we decided
to move our florist shop outside of the city of St. Louis, because
of so many extra taxes, higher sales tax rate, a city earnings
tax, plus a soaring a crime rate, and a police department that
would not do anything for us, except to warn us not to bother
them anymore, so we moved just outside the St. Louis city limits
to an unincorporated area of St. Louis county with less and lower
taxes, a super good county police department who actually cares
about the people they serve! We deliver to both the city of St.
Louis, plus to all 91 cities that makes up St. Louis county. With
lower taxes, lower insurance rates, and just about everything
else lower, we can pass these savings along to you with lower
prices!

A bit of the history of the city of St. Louis. Part 1
Pierre Laclede was given a land grant from the King of France.
Pierre and his Auguste Chouteau, selected the site of St. Louis
in 1764 as a fur trading post named for Louis IX of France . Laclede
and Chouteau chose the location because it was was near where
the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers joined. Construction of a
village, , began the next year. Many of the early settlers were
French and was in the fur trading business. St. Louis given to
the Spanish in 1770 but then returned to France under a agreement
with Napoleon and then became part of the Louisiana Purchase and
then became part of the United States.
