Rose colors...

Our standard roses are reds 50 to 70 cm. With proper care your roses will stay fresh
and last longer if you follow our rose care instructions here.

If there's a choice...
If there's a choice of color or style, please indicate it under special instructions
on our order form, or tell us when phoning in an order. If none is indicated,
we will use our best judgment for the occasion.
Deluxe arrangements will have more expensive flowers in it. X-L arrangements
will have flowers and/or more expensive flowers in in it.

Colors and styles...
Please remember that each design is custom made and no two arrangements will look
exactly alike.
Availability of seasonal flowers and containers will vary from season to
season! If it says seasonal (or spring or fall) the flowers might be different than shown,
it will be made using only fresh, high quality flowers with coordinating flower colors.

representational purposes only. The actual products that are delivered may not be exactly
as pictured due to product availability, and designer preferences.

Deliveries...
A delivery fee of $9.00 will be added to each order, for each address.
Orders must be placed by 8:00a.m. for same day delivery to a business, or by Noon
if the order is going to an residence.
Orders received after Noon will be delivered on the next business day.
We will try our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times, and
we can't guarantee any timed deliveries.
It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be there to accept the order, not
ours! If no one is there to accept an order, we will try to get a neighbor to accept the order, otherwise it will be left near the front door. If this is not acceptable, please
do not place an order with us! Our delivery service will charge us full price to return the order to us the next work day, and by that time, the flowers will be dead after sitting in a delivery truck over night. No refunds or re-deliveries will be made!

Delivery charges will be added to all orders as follows

*$8.00 for all next day deliveries using Hayden Floral Delivery Service
Same day deliveries, see top of the page the item is shown on.
Sunday delivery, see top of the page the item is shown on.
Since 9-11, no deliveries are accepted going to any government building because
of extra security not allowing any package deliveries anymore!
A security search
can destroy every arrangement in a delivery van, plus take up to 1 hour to complete!
No deliveries to churches anymore! (Most of the time no one is there to accept an order!
If an order is refused or canceled after our delivery service has the order, it will be disposed of
because we will not pay full delivery charge to have it returned to us on the next work day! Let us know at the time of ordering if you want to pay 3 times the delivery charge to have it redelivered the next day! We will not be responsible for the condition of your order after sitting in a van overnight!
We reserve the right to postpone a delivery because of bad weather conditions or other acts
beyond our control. We are not responsible for any act of nature. No refunds will be issued.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a certain period of the day. We cannot guarantee any certain time that Hayden Floral Delivery will deliver by, we can only make a educated guess when a delivery will arrive! Also, see here


Hospital deliveries...

We deliver New Baby and Get Well Arrangements, Balloons and Gift Baskets to every
hospital in the St. Louis area, at a very affordable price. Please make sure before
placing an order, that the recipient will be there to receive it, by the delivery method
that you choose, and not be released before the delivery can get to that person.
No refund can be made if the recipient has been released!

Most hospitals ICU's will not allow flowers or plants! We can check to make sure the recipient
is not in ICU for you, if so, we will check twice daily (Mon.-Sat.) and send the order when a
regular room has been assigned with our next regular delivery run. There is always a chance that the recipient will be released between the time that we called and by the time the flowers arrive at the hospital! This is beyond our control. No refunds will be given.

No Deliveries to any school or university on Saturday or Sunday.
Holiday deliveries may only have 1 delivery run per day during holiday periods.
usually picked up around 7 a.m. and deliveries may run late due to high volume!



Valentines Week Deliveries...
Delivery to only St. Louis city & county. No deliveries to any school or college, government facility, airport or Boeing campus! Please make sure someone will be there to accept the order! If no one is there we will try to get a neighbor to accept the order, if not, it will be left near the front door! We can't guarantee any certain time for your delivery !!! Please don't place an order with us if this is not OK. You can not change or cancel the order once it is placed! If you want to make sure that your flowers will be enjoyed on Valentine's Day, have them delivered before February 14! Accidents, weather, and other acts beyond our control may occur. The only way we will guarantee delivery is to ask for delivery between the 9th. and the 12th., especially if going to a business that is not open late and you let us know the hours someone will be
at the business when you place an order!

Cancellations...
Orders cannot be changed or canceled or issued a refund once we start making the
arrangement. No exceptions!

Please use our online Shopping Cart to place an order...
We prefer online orders. There is less chance of an order or delivery mistake because
all the order information written for us
, and there is no chance of us writing down the
wrong information! Online orders will have priority over phone orders. Our online ordering is
safe and secure! You will receive an automated receipt in a few minutes when you order online.

Privacy...
We treat all of the information provided to us as confidential, and will not
disclose or sell this information to any other parties. We will only contact
you in case we have a question about your order.
Be sure to check your e-mail in
about 15 minutes for a conformation or if we have a question about your order
.


Receipts...
If you need a receipt for your order, please place you order online, you will get one right away.

Most of our records will be at our bookkeepers business and not at ours.
We'll forward your e-mail to our bookkeeper right away.
