Please make sure before placing an order going to a hospital, that the
recipient will be there to receive it, by the time we need to deliver it. No
refund can be made if the recipient has been released when the order
arrives! Also, most ICU's does not allow flowers or balloons in the
oom! Please make sure the recipient is in a regular room before placing
an order with our flower shop.

$9.00 is our regular delivery charge
The first delivery pick up is around 8:00a.m. and these orders reach the recipient in the early
afternoon. The second pick up is around Noon and these orders reach the recipient in the late
afternoon (may be as late as 6:00 p.m.). For same-day delivery, we recommend that you place your order before 11a.m. Orders placed after 11a.m. will be delivered the same-day, but may
arrive as late as 6p.m., after many businesses are closed. It is your responsibility, not ours,
to make sure that someone will be there to accept the flowers!

ABPS Florist and Gifts is a family owned and operated flower shop located in St. Louis, Missouri. We hand deliver our hospital flowers and plants anywhere in Saint Louis city or county. Our phone lines are open until 9:00 p.m. every night, including Sundays. We offer same day delivery,next day delivery, and 3 hour rush delivery service 7 days a week
In September of 2000, we decided to move our florist shop outside of the city of St. Louis, because of so many extra taxes, higher sales tax rate, a city earnings tax, plus a soaring a crime rate, and a police department that would not do anything for us, except to warn us not to bother them anymore, so we moved just outside the St. Louis city limits to an unincorporated area of St. Louis county with less and lower taxes, a super good county police department who actually cares about the people they serve! We deliver to both the city of St. Louis, plus to all 91 cities that makes up St. Louis county. With lower taxes, lower insurance rates, and just about everything else lower, we can pass these savings along to you with lower prices!

A bit of the history of the city of St. Louis. Part 6After World War II, the City's population peaked at 856,000 by 1950. This crowded city had no more room to grow within its fixed boundaries, and much of the housing stock had been neglected during the Great Depression of the 1930s and during World War II. Thus any new growth had to occur in the suburbs in St. Louis County, which St. Louis could not annex. Although some African-Americans from the South, as well as Southeast Missourians, continued to move into St. Louis, earlier immigrant generations gradually moved to suburbia. Urban renewal efforts and public housing development programs could not stem the tide of population loss, and in some cases contributed to the decline. Four new interstate highways cut block-wide swaths through neighborhoods, facilitating the exodus to the suburbs. By 1980, the City's population had fallen to about 450,000.
